Supported Living

Every year at Sanctuary Carr-Gomm, we support over 4,000 people across England. Many of the people who use our services have mental -health needs, a learning disability or other disability. Some have experienced homelessness, domestic abuse or face losing their home due to personal crises.

Supported Living is all about providing high-quality support and housing services to people who need support because of illness, a disability or because they are experiencing a crisis in their lives.

We offer supported living services to enable people to live independently and achieve their personal goals – whether that is to get a job, have their own home or make new friends.

We work closely with local authorities and other agencies to design and deliver a range of specialist services, such as move-on options for homeless people, day services, housing for people with learning disabilities, or self-contained flats and floating support services for women escaping domestic violence.

Our clients are at the centre of our services and we value their involvement. We have a strong track record in client involvement services, which are recognised in our sector, and we believe that each individual has the right to have a say in the running of the services they receive.

We believe in a just and inclusive society which respects and values everyone, whatever challenges they may face.

We provide a safe and secure environment, where the support is tailored to individual needs.
