Sanctuary Cumbernauld in North Lanarkshire was created following Cumbernauld Housing Partnership (CHP) joining Sanctuary Group in October 2009. We are a housing association providing affordable homes and quality services for the people of Cumbernauld in Scotland.
Combining our expertise with that of Sanctuary is resulting in improved services for residents and will bring about the creation of additional new homes, making Sanctuary Cumbernauld the landlord of choice in North Lanarkshire.
We currently own and manage housing stock in six areas of the town, renting around 1,730 homes. We also provide management / factoring services to around 1,100 owner-occupiers and rent approximately 1,300 lock up garages.
