Riviera Housing Trust is committed to providing quality housing, excellent services and support to communities throughout the English Riviera towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham.
Riviera was originally set up in 2001 to take on the transfer of housing stock from Torbay Council now manages nearly 3,000 properties throughout Torbay.
Riviera joined Sanctuary Group in March 2009 as part of the organisation’s housing operations across the south west.
