SAP: OneSanctuary

Sanctuary Group has become the first housing association to implement SAP company-wide, with our programme OneSanctuary.

With over 100,000 homes, more than 12,500 staff and £5 billion of assets, Sanctuary is a complex business. The development of OneSanctuary, a single system, is providing us with a strong foundation for supporting the Group's continuous growth by improving our ways of working and helping us to achieve greater operational efficiency internally and externally.

Now 5,000 staff use OneSanctuary on a daily basis and this large scale technology solution is transforming the way we operate. We use SAP for Finance, Procurement, HR, Service Charges, Learning and Development, Housing, Maintenance and Assets.

Shared Service Centre

The successful implementation of SAP, through our OneSanctuary programme, enabled us to establish a Shared Service Centre for the Group which now manages all HR, Finance, IS and purchasing queries from staff, as well as suppliers.
