A picture of Sales and shared ownership

Sanctuary's 2011-2015 Affordable Housing Programme was committed to delivering 500-plus units for sale as part of the Government's shared ownership scheme. This included general housing, as well as extra care and retirement living apartments. A further 170 homes for sale were delivered as part of our 2015-2018 programme.

Going forward, alongside an ambitious open market sales programme, Homes England has awarded Sanctuary Group the largest allocation of funding (£89.9 million) under their 2016-2021 Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme. This will be used to deliver 2,265 homes; the majority for shared ownership.

Sanctuary will market its development through two separate brands, Sanctuary Homes and Beech Grove Homes.

The Quadrangle Development in Hornsey.

The Quadrangle, Hornsey

Now down to its final few apartments, The Quadrangle is a brand new selection of high-quality one and two bedroom apartments, all available via flexible shared ownership. This means that buyers can purchase between a 25 per cent and 75 per cent share of the property, with rent applicable on the remaining share.

Purchasing an apartment at The Quadrangle is a perfect opportunity for buyers to get on the London property ladder.

The apartments are located in Hornsey, Haringey, which is one of London’s thriving northern boroughs. Home to famous landmarks like Tottenham Hotspur and Alexandra Palace, while also boasting plenty of tranquil open spaces such as Finsbury Park, the borough of Haringey offers a well-balanced city way of life. The area is formed by an array of smaller, attractive and welcoming communities, bursting with charm and history; like Hornsey.

The Quadrangle is just one example of the high-quality developments offered by Sanctuary Homes. For more information on The Quadrangle, or to view our other developments, please visit the Sanctuary Homes website.
