Sanctuary's 2011-2015 Affordable Housing Programme was committed to delivering 500-plus units for sale as part of the Government's shared ownership scheme. This included general housing, as well as extra care and retirement living apartments. A further 170 homes for sale were delivered as part of our 2015-2018 programme.

Going forward, alongside an ambitious open market sales programme, Homes England has awarded Sanctuary Group the largest allocation of funding (£89.9 million) under their 2016-2021 Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme. This will be used to deliver 2,265 homes; the majority for shared ownership.

Sanctuary will market its development through two separate brands, Sanctuary Homes and Beech Grove Homes.
