A picture of Specialist housing

Providing modern and comfortable accommodation to enable people of all ages to enjoy an independent life sits at the heart of the Group.

This includes care homes, extra care schemes and supported living developments. Our staff work closely with residents to ensure their needs are met and standards are maintained. Below are a few examples of our specialist housing schemes:

Darcy Court, Port Sunlight, Wirral

Port Sunlight was created by William Lever in the late 1800s to house workers at his nearby soap works. It was designated as a Conservation Area in 1978 and many of its buildings are Grade II listed. We respectfully transformed land from the former Lever factory to create a range of new, additional homes, including 43 two-bedroom and 15 one-bedroom apartments for the over 55s.
