A picture of Sanctuary Group wins at West Midlands Finance Awards

Sanctuary Group’s commitment to customer service has been recognised with a prestigious accolade at this year’s West Midlands Finance Awards.

The leading housing and care provider was announced as the winner of the Shared Service Centre with Outstanding People and Development award at the ceremony in Birmingham.

The awards seek to promote and celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses and individuals within the West Midlands' finance community.

Shared Service Centre

Sanctuary’s Shared Service Centre, based at the Group’s Worcester office, was successfully established in 2016/2017. It provides a single point of contact for all staff across the business with support processes relating to HR, finance, IS and procurement.

Emma Line, Sanctuary’s head of corporate shared services, said: “We are delighted to have received this award and credit has to go to all of the team involved in the development of the centre and those working there now.

“The Shared Service Centre has allowed us to offer efficient and coordinated services to internal customers; based on actual demand and tailored to business need. We’ve achieved so much since it opened and I have no doubt that it will continue to be a success going forward.”
