A picture of The Five Ways to Wellbeing

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, staff from Sanctuary Group have produced a video about how to boost mental wellbeing using the Five Ways to Wellness.

Researched and developed by the New Economics Foundation for the Department of Health and Social Care, the Ways are five simple things we can implement in our daily lives to improve our mental and physical wellbeing. In this video, each Way – connect, keep learning, stay active, give and take notice – are introduced, with tips for how each one can be incorporated every day.

Right now, they are more important than ever before.
