Sanctuary Housing provides a range of high-quality affordable homes and support services across England and Scotland, reflecting the needs and aspirations of our customers and delivering services at a competitive cost. Our portfolio of properties ranges from general needs housing, supported housing, shared-ownership and housing for older people including extra care schemes.
Sanctuary Supported Living
Sanctuary Supported Living delivers personalised care and support to a wide range of vulnerable people through supported housing, move-on accommodation, Care Quality Commission registered services, floating support and outreach support. We specialise in services for young people, homeless families and individuals, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and people with mental health needs.
Sanctuary365 provides assistive technology support packages for older and vulnerable people, who often have physical or mental health disabilities. Our services help our customers to maintain their independence and support their well-being. Our emergency response service is available 24-hours a day, every day of the year, and our assistive technology package includes installation, monitoring, response and escalation services.
Sanctuary Care is a leading provider of care homes for older people. Our well-trained and experienced staff are committed to keeping kindness at the heart of our care – supporting residents to lead happy, contented lives full of wonderful experiences and memories. Staff provide a range of personalised long and short-term care including residential, dementia, nursing, intermediate and palliative care.
Sanctuary Students manages accommodation for thousands of students across England and Scotland. We work with universities to provide cost-effective facilities management and associated services, as well as providing specifically designed and purpose built accommodation direct to students across major cities in the UK. Our professional staff are on-site to assist students and ensure our properties remain safe and secure, clean and well-maintained, giving students the best environment in which to live and study.
We provide an in-house maintenance and reinvestment service across an extensive portfolio of properties owned or managed by the Group. Our multi-skilled workforce is not only equipped to carry out a vast range of property repairs, estate services, gas servicing and maintenance, they also undertake reinvestment projects such as installing new kitchens and bathrooms, complete void refurbishment solutions, monitor energy consumption, and ensure our properties comply with all current statutes, regulations and codes of practice.
Development is the building of new homes for sale and rent. The homes we sell will generate the surplus that will allow us to continue to deliver social housing to those who need it most.
Sanctuary Homes will build and market any of our affordable and market rent, or grant funded, homes. Our ambition is for Sanctuary Homes to become the market leader in the provision of high quality shared ownership properties. From 2011 to 2015 we delivered 5,000 new homes, including 37 sites offering shared ownership, and in our new programme we intend to deliver 30,000 new homes by 2026.
All homes sold by Sanctuary on the open market will be through Beech Grove Homes, which will be associated with prime sites, outstanding craftmanship and elegant living.
