The Victoria Development, Glasgow
Sanctuary is developing the former Victoria Infirmary site to provide modern, stylish homes for first time buyers, families and older buyers. The site is currently being prepared and consultation of the local community is ongoing. The site preparation includes the survey and removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials from the site, the clearance of dilapidated buildings and the careful removal of ancillary buildings surrounding the Nightingale wings.

The Quadrangle, Hornsey
We are developing 94 new shared ownership properties and 74 homes for affordable rent in Hornsey, Haringey, London. The Quadrangle is a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments, all available for flexible shared ownership. Buyers can purchase up to 75% of an apartment, with rent applicable on the remaining share.
