The Victoria Development, Glasgow

Sanctuary is developing the former Victoria Infirmary site to provide modern, stylish homes for first time buyers, families and older buyers. The site is currently being prepared and consultation of the local community is ongoing. The site preparation includes the survey and removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials from the site, the clearance of dilapidated buildings and the careful removal of ancillary buildings surrounding the Nightingale wings.

Consultations

Glasgow-based Collective Architecture have produced draft proposals for consideration. You can see the draft proposals here:

The Quadrangle, Hornsey

We are developing 94 new shared ownership properties and 74 homes for affordable rent in Hornsey, Haringey, London. The Quadrangle is a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments, all available for flexible shared ownership. Buyers can purchase up to 75% of an apartment, with rent applicable on the remaining share.

The apartments are located in Hornsey, Haringey, which is one of London’s thriving northern boroughs. Home to famous landmarks like Tottenham Hotspur and Alexandra Palace, whilst also boasting plenty of tranquil open spaces such as Finsbury Park, the borough of Haringey offers a well-balanced city way of life. The area is formed by an array of smaller, attractive and welcoming communities, bursting with charm and history; like Hornsey.

Set in the middle of an area with exceptionally good connections to central London and the outskirts, Hornsey is a sought after part of north London in more ways than one. It is part of an area with immense opportunity and growth potential where communities are flourishing and infrastructure booming.

The bustling high street area around Turnpike Lane has everything you need close by. From hairdressers and shops to pubs and restaurants, Hornsey has it all rolled into one, whilst being within easy reach of the central London buzz.
