National housing provider Sanctuary Group and leading regeneration specialist Galliford Try Partnerships have strengthened their partnership by taking the number of new homes being delivered through the alliance to more than 1,100.

Sanctuary Group and Galliford Try have already committed to four similar successful agreements across the country and the latest venture will see the value of the partnership pass £350 million.

Craig Moule, Sanctuary Group’s Chief Executive, said: “Sanctuary’s social purpose is to provide affordable homes – it’s why we exist, and we are keen to use our skills and resources to help tackle the housing crisis.

“The country needs developers and housing associations that are prepared to step up to the challenge and think creatively about increasing supply. It is a pleasure to further cement our strategic partnership with Galliford Try with this deal.”

Stephen Teagle, Chief Executive of Galliford Try Partnerships, added: “I’m delighted to once again be joining forces with Sanctuary Group, building further on our existing relationship, and look forward to working together in the future.”
