Pupils at Pershore High School will be able to continue studying at home following a donation of laptops from Sanctuary Group.

The Worcestershire school made a public appeal for computers to support students who had no equipment at home and were unable to continue their education while schools remain closed.

Sanctuary’s Technology team were made aware of the need by a staff member who is a parent at the school.

A total of 12 laptops that were no longer in use and due to be returned to the Group’s supplier were delivered to the school and presented to Andrew Nockton, Deputy Head at Pershore High School.

Kevin Heslop, Group Director – Technology, said: “We’re really pleased that the laptops will help students keep up with their studies at this difficult time.

“I’d like to thank everyone involved in helping us to answer this request.”
